The Toyota Landcruiser 79 Series Cab-chassis V8 is one of our most common installs. Most customers go for the 3000 LTSS suspension seat which greatly improves ride quality in the vehicle. Note: If a 3000 LTSS is used, a left hand seat in drivers side must be used as recliner wheel hits the on plastic cover that covers the fuel filler on the inside.

About 9 years ago now I had a seat in my vehicle that was so uncomfortable that I either had to change my vehicle or change the seat. I've had a pair of Stratos 3000 Compact seats in my 75 series Landcruiser for the past 10 years and have done about 200,000 kms in it. The seats are ultra-comfortable and I never feel tired or sore in them. There is another truck I drive that always leaves me with a sore neck from holding the steering wheel. This never happens with my Stratos seat. I once drove 36 hours straight in this seat from Innesvale QLD, to Sydney with no problems. I'm always talking them up to my friends, I swear by them.

I purchased a 3000 LTSS for my 79 series Landcruiser about 12 months ago before driving just about every dirt road from Bourke to the Kiberleys. The seat was fantastic! I've had a problem with my lower back and the seat has been a godsend. Now I'm back to get one for the passenger side (which I should have done before my trip to the Cape in July). I'd recommend these to anyone for sure!
