What is the LTSS?

The LTSS is a low profile suspenion system for use in vehicles with limited space. Specifically designed for light truck, industrial and off-road applications its unique suspension system enables it to:

Not long after purchasing my Hino Dutro, I realised that driving in it was a very shaky expereince due to the fact the driver sits right above the front axle. I decided that I needed to do something about it. A friend put me onto Stratos and the LTSS suspension conversion and I decided to upgrade my seat. I've never looked back! It's been going strong for 6 years now I'm all over Sydney, in and out of the truck all day with no problems. The LTSS has taken most of the vibration right out and I still have plenty of leg room and space. I would highly recommend getting one to anyone who owns a light truck!

As a field service mechanic about 50% of my driving is uneven surfaces and bad roads. About 10 years ago I suffered a herniated disc in my back and needed something to save me from the shock that I would get in my vehicle. About 8 years ago I invested in the 3000 LTSS seat and have done 200-300,000 kms with it in my Isuzu N-Series. The LTSS takes out most of the shock and lets you float over the bumps. I recommend the LTSS to all my mates.

I purchased a 3000 LTSS for my 79 series Landcruiser about 12 months ago before driving just about every dirt road from Bourke to the Kiberleys. The seat was fantastic! I've had a problem with my lower back and the seat has been a godsend. Now I'm back to get one for the passenger side (which I should have done before my trip to the Cape in July). I'd recommend these to anyone for sure!

Komatsu Australia, Central Region which covers New South Wales currently run a fleet of twenty Isuzu trucks which comprise of NKR 200’s & NPR 250/300’s.

We found our technicians driving these vehicles were suffering from severe back pain, wether they travelled short or long distances, culminating in worker compensation claims in turn, our labour utilisation was suffering as a consequence. This also had a negative affect when servicing our customers as the technicians did not perform to their optimum level as the felt very fatigued after trips.

It was decided to replace all the original Isuzu seats with Stratos LTSS conversion seats. The changeover of the seats took approximately six months by replacing 4-5 at a time. Since the introduction of the Stratos LTSS seats Komatsu have had no complaints regarding back soreness or fatigue after long trips.

I would strongly recommend these seat as standard equipment as they have had a positive effect on all Komatsu employees that use them on a daily basis.
